English folk refuse to believe I got sun stroke in Troon. They say it's not possible

Well now, it sounds like our glorious Troon sunshine has been causing a bit of a stir down south! It seems some folks are having trouble believing you can indeed get a bit of a burn while enjoying our lovely Ayrshire coast. Proof, perhaps, that Troon really does have its own unique charm and weather!
